Mathare North all the way to huruma, ngei and number 10, was practically one community. Hizo movies za every month sikuwahi kosa. Okiki nilicheza nayeye team moja na akina Jonte, Ambrose (bro to Jonte), Aman, Alfred (jamaa alikuwa anaongea ni kama amemeza chura) and other guys I lost memory of their names, under Yeye as the coach. Adache was a world-class keeper; I think he flew out to Norway for the annual MYSA selection. Mathare North nilitoka wakati Ms Kandere ndiyo alikuwa head-teacher in 2001. Yule boy alikuwa chizi, Maroko, is he still alive? That place has the best of memories in my childhood life.

Hehe, Maroko, anaitwa stevo siku hizi. Naona nikama tuliwai patana grao. Team yenu ilikuwa na peter, henry, and keeper alikuwa anaitwa Baraka. Pia kulikuwa na moha na muthengi. Usishangae vile nakumbuka majina ya people I met a few times. Kwa maisha yangu nimecheza na different teams na huwa nakumbuka ma players, memory iko safi sana.

Definitely. Boiro was teaching metal work while More alikuwa wood work. More alinifunza. Actually he made me develop an interest in carpentry

Si tulikuwa countryside so jioni buda alirudi na baiskeli mbio tofauti na ya kila siku, akawasha Greatwall harakaharaka akisema Nairobi imelipuliwa na mbom (bomb). Since the only Nairobi I knew was my aunt, I knew yeye ni past tense tayari.

Yes, he must been a meru. He used to have an old school car. Always ungepata amefungua it’s bonnet. He was skilled in wood work
