This true. I was recently surprised to discover I’ve been eating kondoo at my favorite choma base after waitress blurted that the reason ilikua so greasy ni juu ni kondoo. I noticed nyama yyake ni a bit tough and has lots of fat but ni sawa bado. It’s what we grew up on kwetu we had lots of kondoo inaangishwa every time kuna kaoccasion ama wageni.

Still preferable to the ngombe meat i find quite unpalatable. Sijui ni feeds zinalishwa ama ni madawa zinapewa but that meat system yangu hureject. I can imagine those zero grazed cattle being slaughtered at the end of their shelve life after being pumped full of drugs and hormones alafu unachomewa na kachumbari firifiri on the side. It’s Just business
