Liwe Liwalo: Shaffie Decides to Fight Back for Unfair Termination

Precedence in such cases was already set in motion kitambo, there are very many employees winning such cases, the judiciary of today is not like the previous one kwanza in this online era where the material content of cases are published online, if you cannot interfere at evidence level then its a wrap for you

Not necessarily

Yeah, for defamation

Nikiguza kama hiyo siwezi oga mwezi mzima why life, plus i would walk funnily ndio kila mtu anione, then pale mung’etho ninyaganye watu mabibi zao openly, nikipatana na mtu kama @Tom Bayeye na mchapa na nina chukua bibi akiona…

Bongolala ni bongolala tu,wewe ni wale huwa tunasema mlikuja duniani kukalisha wengine

Tuseme awapee not more than 5m,bado atakuwa lembe

I should have specified - internal precedence at RAG…this is a country where $2m bribes are passed at petrol stations kama the Kidero petition, a Billionaire doesn’t care what you post at Kenyalaw dot org. These industry sharks and corporations accumulated control and influence by, get this, taking advantage of people, it feels good to root for Shaffie and all but this is Kenya

You are oblivious to how things work in Kenya kijana. Suing an employer is a way to ensure that you become an untouchable. If you have that much faith in our justice system, bet your one month Salo. Put your money where your mouth is.

I work with lawyers and I have seen people taking massive companies to court and winning until I have lost count.Criminal cases are very easy to get over and win but civil cases esp. Employee vs employer are not easy to get out of.To make it worse Shaffie Weru is a public figure and the case is being handled by Githu Muigai and Co. So the repercussion of bad press are terrible.I dont think there is a judge that can risk messing up such a case because there will be disciplinary actions against them. Also there are very many such precedent rulings in the past, the judiciary sticks to such material and facts, if the judge is corrupted and deviates question marks come to play and he will be overruled by a higher court not to mention face disciplinary action.
In criminal cases you just bribe the state prosecutor and evidence disappears and the case is closed.
