Medical licenses are generally not transferable across countries to prevent the importation of quacks. So you have to recertify.. which means back to school.

These are the parents who didn’t know the University of Nairobi actually charges school fees in USD, widely considered the global standard in valuing things in paper format. Alafu after 7 years of raw dogging, unaona mtoto exposing their private parts on onlyfans.

Io 6 month arrears ikilipwa huwa enough kulipia mtoto school fees ya 4 years. madaktari hawateseki. kwa list ya kra ya wale wakenya taxpayers wakubwa, wengi wao ni madaktari.

By then the interest on the loans they’ve taken out to survive will have crazy interest, wiping out any salary left after the essentials are bought. Delayed salaries and interaction with inferior politicians is the reason why I left the health industry in high school.

Can’t be associated with quacks.

It’s written in dollars (US Dollars) so that foreign exchange students know what to expect for their quadruple fee structure. The good news is these international students come with their own cars.. something local students aren’t used to.
