Wondering what the grounds for dismissal were.
It is not against the law to date a colleague married or not. Companies usually have a Code of Conduct policy that among other things can discourage inter-work relationships but that does not violate the law.
If it was favouritism and discrimination of the other male colleagues, you would have to go through a disciplinary process where they have to prove.

Mostly juu niliona most of this men are overly understanding and willing to forgive her past, they get into violent arguments and with clear signs of disrespect na madharau and they still stick around.
Na niliambiwa na some of my plates, they tell me at times how understanding supportive they were, but still they cheat but keep it a secret knowing it will hurt the person who loves them the dearly, basically they just serve as an emotional tampon
