are better males the number one cause of unemployment?

If you’ve ever worked in any company owned by a kenyan or mlami you’ll realise a strange pattern.

The company is always owned by some old wazees, the problem starts at middle management under the executive, unapata some incompetent brown skin mamas, you wonder what criteria they use to employ this women.

Department nafanya they recently employed a shiny eyed gal to be the receptionist, which is strange considering she can’t even speak English, nor operate a computer, she’s around 20 years old, thinking about the boys her age: wako kule mtaani wanatuuzia gas, how is this even fair?

The operations manager is also a lady, she doesn’t even check invoices ,mablunder na errors tupu… kazi ni kupiga story in other offices.

I think women empowerment has gone overboard, end of rant

Women will always have a leg up anywhere in this world, as long as they are

  1. Lightskinned 2. Matako kubwa 3. Below 40 years old.

Ndio maana wewe kama chalii unafaa kujifikiria kwanza, grow your skills and set up a self-employment outfit as early as possible. Then you can be the boss and employ your own whores there too.

Create your own employment and ship out instead of meaningless rants

I have already created, the problem is that the proceeds still can’t sustain my lifestyle and other expenses

Then you haven’t created anything yet Mr photocopy

a shiny eyed gal to be the receptionist, which is strange considering she can’t even speak English, nor operate a computer, she’s around 20 year

Tread carefully she was planted there snitch … i have seen this before .

truth be told, its hard to come up with an original business idea, I copied mine from my mates, also I tried to implement another idea straight from ktalk discussions

Importing apples from SA?

I bet hao watu unaita incompetent wako somehow related to the owner.
Nepotism iko kwa wingi sana in those privately owned companies.

No big deal…you cant let your family and relatives tarmac in the scorching sun when you have job openings in your own company…its private you can fucking do what you want…that’s not nepotism. Its freedom/fruits of your hard earned hustle

As much as it’s disputable to many…I don’t think anybody would employ a stranger when your kin are jobless mtaani. You’ll look for a position that’s not so busy ,Influential or requires much skill and fix them there.

hehehe like those interns in public service, who are actually DCI and EACC officers… hehehe watu wamekula njeve sana pale kwa ofisi za gava tangu PSC ianze kutumana interns…

Plus you get the benefit of manipulating them and make them beholden to you in the name of having saved them from joblessness. These kind relax so much they cant even look for other opportunities elsewhere, coz they are not very competent to start with. The downside is that the customer service standards will always be low coz you cant drill sense into their heads.

I know one law firm owned by a guy from my tribe. When you go there you feel like you are in shags coz the native lingo is the main communication language there amongst the staff. It feels very lousy

Not Nepotism if its private business… You could call it a Policy… I know a large bank, tier 1 actually where they encourage people to bring their relatives, even customers to bring their people to get employed there…

Must be something to do with fostering loyalty and relationships… and being sure about background of staff you are employing… Anakua ni kama God papa wako pale, ata disciplinary mtu alikuleta anaambiwa, ukianza kuleta umama kwa kazi…

It must also be helpful in curbing staff rivalry, and negative competition…

Hapo per standars and quality of service you can only but blame management and the organisational culture they have allowed to fester… Ata staff development is a function of management to build the skills that they want their staff to have… lakini siku hizi most companies are lazy and just want “ready-mades” straight off college - an impossibility in my view…

Most guys from Uni are too raw, so a lot has to be done on them.

UN and most international NGOs work that way…if you have a relative already working for them that’s a big boost to get employed there

It is unfair to call them raw… ata ukitoka one organisation ukienda nyingine… you will be “raw”…

Makes you come off as a bitter bitch. Ama ulinyimwo slices?.. :D:D:D. it could be time you moved from that organisation else it changes your personality completely for the worse…
