If you’ve ever worked in any company owned by a kenyan or mlami you’ll realise a strange pattern.

The company is always owned by some old wazees, the problem starts at middle management under the executive, unapata some incompetent brown skin mamas, you wonder what criteria they use to employ this women.

Department nafanya they recently employed a shiny eyed gal to be the receptionist, which is strange considering she can’t even speak English, nor operate a computer, she’s around 20 years old, thinking about the boys her age: wako kule mtaani wanatuuzia gas, how is this even fair?

The operations manager is also a lady, she doesn’t even check invoices ,mablunder na errors tupu… kazi ni kupiga story in other offices.

If I were you I would be very kind to the bishes even without borrowing slices from them. Make them happy and help them the tasks they cant handle. when the boss cums deep in them, they give praises of how good and nice you are to them, and the boss gets a soft spot for you. mdogo mdogo, they all realise they can’t do without you in that office. Yaani, use your skills to “pocket” them. when you ask for a pay rise, it’s upgraded asap on approval of the bishes. I would turn a blind eye when I know the boss is fucking the bitch in the office, and even make an excuse to be out of office for an hour minding my own. what matters is what i take home as salary, mengine achana nayo. Ever heard, “paka ya mkubwa yako ni mkubwa wako pia” tunza hiyo paka vizuri kwa niamba ya mdosi wako, na utafanya kazi kwa malipo mzuri bila stress. just don’t dare borrow slices kwa hiyo ofisi
