If using PC add letter pp just after www.youtube. You will be redirected to a download site. Example i have edited this link and added letter pp. https://www.youtubepp.com/watch?v=v124f0i0Xh4&ab_channel=marcelocavalcante

Already did that but the error persists
Use newpipe it’s an app that allows downloading from YouTube with only one click
Open the website www.youtubepp.com or https://utomp3.com/ If you cant open it the your network has problems.
