The officer, identified as Enock Kimathi, was among the group of recruits whose viral video threatening Kenyans during their pass-out parade landed them in trouble with the National Police Service bosses.
“I was in the hospital premises when he was rushed there; there was tension between the officer’s wife and his parents, who accused her of neglecting their son. The post-mortem report is yet to be released to determine what exactly ailed him,” Muriithi, a neighbour told this writer.
