[li]Education CS George Magoha is proposing that the names of parents who deliberately refuse to pay school fees arrears for their children so that they can access their certificates be referred to the Credit Reference Bureaus (CRBs).[/li][li]He said schools should undertake an audit of cases where parents have genuine reasons for being unable to pay fees arrears so that their children can get their papers.[/li][li]Magoha said he would implement government policies to the best of his ability, adding that officers who are not ready to do the work have no business being part of the sector.[/li][/ul]
Let him first dish money out to parents, then, when they fail to pay, he can list them, or how will he determine those who deliberately failed to pay, and those who were unable, due to circumstances beyond them ?
Magoha is out of touch with reality.
what kind of a silly thought is this? magoha thinks that if he can pay the whole academic year school fees for his kid by cheque that all other parents can do the same??
