its already a week and i cant let go this sad feeling.
Have you ever felt really sad and depressed for no apparent reason,well i say no reason because your woman loves you,your folks are healthy,your job is getting better but you cant tell the source of a dark cloud of sadness hovering around you.at the break of every dawn.
i almost thought someone close to me had passed on.i still hope none.
And so yesterday i decided to walk to church and sat somewhere at the middle.Sometimes we look for answers from the spiritual world when nature does less to give us signs,right?
i rarely listen to gospel but i do enjoy a deep version praise.and yesterday was not an exception. if you have watched the movie courageous then you will fall in love with the song Sound of your voice by Third Day.For a moment i felt at peace and i walked out with the verse:

its a another week.no much progress on my mood but at least i have hope.and am praying.have a prayerful week too

I think as person whose well read like you should by now have concepts on NLP (neuro linguistic programming).
Basically all emotional and some physical states are down to internal processes not whats going on the outside world but is going on inside you … As Anthony Robbins put it depression is hard work! You have to talk to yourself in really sad tones, think of mostly depressing situations, view the world in dim lights etc reminds me of this comic below.
