I’ve seen this video of a turbocharged Subaru Forester racing against a miraa Probox on Thika road.
Lakini Probox inapeleka Subaru bumper to bumper. The Probox is fully loaded with no turbo yet it’s easily catching up to the Subaru.

He was letting it catchup

Because a probox can hold it’s stronger gears better?
Otherwise, how do they maintain those high speeds laden with cargo and eating hills like yams?
However, that Subaru can achieve higher RPMs but, what about delivering low end torque? Subaru gear boxes are kind of fragile according to Scott Kilmer and I don’t think that Subaru could maintain that drag race for long without provoking some kind of problem.
I am just bouncing off these ideas perhaps one may offer a technical explanation. I will be keenly following the discussion.
Racing in traffic.
High risk driving. Nothing special.
Gari ni driver sawa nugu? Nipee ata Nissan Note uone venye subaru itaionea number plate. gari si engine, gari ni driver
Izo probox huwekwa tumodifications kiasi… Alafu huwa inachapwa service msuri sana like twice or thrice a month… Ikizeeka inauzwa so most of them are new… Wacha sasa ishike na dereva sugu kama mimi… Mambo moto
You guy my guy my moti a Subz spits fire like a nonsense, it can twanga any dinga on the baro like lack of importance, don’t cheza with souped Subbiez kwanza when I jaza v-power
Kinuthia wa Probox: Digithia wana ngware ino

One was born that way and the other one is modified.
My thinking is that the Sub’s performance has been tunned like that of a rally car, where emphasis is almost entirely on acceleration but top speed falls out at 160Kph. Probox just needs to maintain 180Kph and will later catch up with the Sub going at 160-ish
Probox driver are just maniacs, driving carelessly as if they have a date with the devil.
Over doing the probox it cant do that speed for long it will give in and crash…
Sir, I think it’s the other way round. Subaru auto gear boxes are very fragile. Can’t take the punishment the same way a probox does, with heavy loads and high speeds.
Drag racers prefer Honda Civics for this very reason.
Loaded probox iko na grip kwa tarmac kuliko hiyo Subaru iko tu na Derek.
