Why are kenyans dishonest?

Me and my friend just came back from Nairobi yesterday after a 1 month long stay full of fun and partying.

We went to club kiza ( together with my friends cousin) last saturday and one of the waitress tried to finess us. The first round of ordering drinks i paid 12400 and tipped her 300 then we paid another 9800 but as we about to leave the Kenyan waiter comes running and says sir you need to pay the bill balance of 6000 lol.

I’m like are you mad? Or you think I’m drunk? Mind you I’m the one who was driving so I only took alcohol free drinks. After few minutes of arguments I said I need to see your manager and only then did she say i will leave you to god lol.

Why are you lot dishonest?
