Seems like a small percentage compared to the silent satisfied many others. I trusted avechi for electronics but seems online shops have a major challenge dealing with warrants. But as someone mentioned hapo, moi avenue shops are that much better.
Oneplus really raising the bar on matters memory
I checked the thread. Where do we get OnePlus devices then? Besides, my experience with Avechi is quite the opposite. Purchased a smartphone and TV from them and so far so good. Bought a Redmi Note 4 back in Nov '17 and TV in Feb. 18. No problems, delivery was more timely than Jumia and Kilimall. Follow up calls were made and all that. I can say I was impressed with their services on both occasions.
But I didn’t pay in advance. I only paid after receiving the product and unboxing it.

You are better off buying online directly & shipping it. That’s what I always do & I’ve never had a problem with either of my phones/laptops and also for the people I’ve brought for. From the horror stories of both local and online stores I’ve heard,my trust level is at 0% and I’ve never bought @ Safcon.

For me customs is inclusive, it shouldn’t cost you more than 5k so probably you’re looking @ max 85k total spend.
