Why isnt this guy famous?

Beniko used to be a senior guitarist at Quartier Latin International alongside Carlos Ramazani from early 1990s before fallout with Mopao Mokonzi Le Maximum. Le Grand Mopao was unhappy because Beniko did a solo album outside QLI and invited QLI members like Somono Dolce (1998 megahit Loi soloist) and Bouro Mpela. Beniko was subsequently overlooked during Quadra Koraman’s historic (first African artist) performance at the famous Bercy Concert Hall in Paris in 2000. Beniko Popolipo finally quit the group in 2001 to pursue solo career. One of the greatest hit under QLi was Papa Bonheur.

He made a brief appearance for the Live Kenyan “ULTIMATUM” tour and I actually met him at the Safari Park Hotel.
But Mopao Mokonzi Maximum Koffi Olomide is a very difficult master to work for ..
A lot of jealousy and wrong focus and exploitation of his dancing Girls ..
The recent appearance and domineering behaviour of his new wife , Cindy Ie Coeur , has made matters even worse inside the Band.
None of the magnificent original dancers on the “Ultimatum” tour were able to stay for long ..

- Miette Shegue “Mettiol” is a business woman in Kinshasa.
- “Maman Ministre” Fifi Miss Yolou now owns a Restaurant in Paris and is a part time preacher.
- Mireille Konde Kashama passed away soon after the “ULTIMATUM” Kenyan Tour.
- Zinah Bilaho runs a Boutique.
