wangwana nimeskia kuwa ISIOLO is the perfect kenyan town an should be made into a city . The reasons given are that the town is in the middle of kenya and thus every corner of the country is somehow equidistant thus trade & transport costs favor everybody , food and water iko …and the tribal balance can be controlled .So is this prokopanda or true…
Hahaha, ilianza over 10years ago
i expected a very detailed answer with graphs and pie charts… sande sana nkt !
Most of kenyas population lives in the geographical lower half of kenya. A city is there to serve the population and therefore its should be located somewhere in the middle of the lower half of kenya for ease of access, and that is why nairobi is well suited as the capital.
Most of Kenya’s kitu 80% population is in South West of Isiolo. Mbona tupeleke capital huko?
Furthermore the region is hot dry and lacks sufficient sources of fresh water to sustain a huge city population.
but we have to factor in the rural-urban migration to nairobi , youcant tell me kila mtu akienda kwao , isiolo wont make more sense …

Kenya and much of Africa has a planning problem. We could fit the whole population of 50 million in just 10 well planned cities if we wanted to. We don’t need to build new cities from scratch.Just upgrade what we currently have.
Tokyo metro area has a population of 38 million and it functions very well.
Mnaongea juu ya capital city? Hakuna mahali imeandikwa that a capital city has to be central. Washington D.C., London, Accra, Luanda, Berlin, etc are not centrally located.
Owners of capital can’t allow such an idea to even make it on the main stream media.
economical was the keyword my fren… economical
si they wld just invest in the new city ,…
That capital loss is just too much , imagine Jayden ile loss anaweza pata if Nairobi lost its capital city status ! Owners of capital don’t own even a mbuloti ya 100 acres huko isiolo ,so that idea is dead on arrival.
2050 Nairobi ikijaa
Uko unakula lanye msomali
My fren, the kind of infrastructure Tokyo has is no joke… I don’t think value of Tokyo infrastructure can even match our entire economy GDP… It’s way in my view higher…
Tokyo is the worst example you can possibly use.
It is a super expensive city, stiffling, impossible to use a private car, zero privacy, highly polluted, stressful… the list is endless.
Is there anything you find positive in the world outside of trumplandia?..:D:D:D
I think the Japanese are absolutely brilliant people and I have said so many times.
But remove the stick from your anus and admit the obvious, Tokyo is a crazy city same with Los Angeles for instance.
L .A is polluted, full of smog, very expensive housing and schools, and with all the bleks and BLM and antifa L.A is not safe for a young family! Democrats have made it a shithole proper. Na wako na traffic jam zingine insane.
That’s why you saw the likes of Kobe Bryant relying on a helicopter for everyday travel despite the expenses. And the smog got him! Anatoroka jam, moshi ndio hio.
Unlike you, my anal integrity is intact… And is not up for kubomolewa vile yako inabomolewa mara kwa mara, na white trash mpaka unajiona the great white hope… :D:D:D
Am seeing what you did there sneaking in some American cirry,… For some non existent equivalence except in your imagination obviously and as usual…
How is Tokyo’s pollution levels?, Do you know about their storm water management?.. Their mass transit systems?.. What makes a city great, in your view, and how has Tokyo failed in that respect?..
When urban planning is moving towards public transport (which Tokyo is famous for) walkability, cycling, green spaces and compactness, mtu anakuja hapa kusema mambo ya private cars…
