I really envy those people who just “jump” on their beds and sleep like logs till the next morning :D:D.Najua mko hapa.Hata ukizabwa makofi hautaskia.Hata utolewe kwa kitanda urushwe kwa floor, you’d still continue with your sleep.Usually after a very long day I usually expect to fall asleep immediately after retiring to bed, but a few minutes after usingizi ishaz just like that, I find myself tossing and turning for like an hour or so then I just give up on the sleep altogether. I then read a book or watch something then fall asleep 2 hours later…
Is there anyone else who experiences/experienced this and found a good remedy ama nikuzoea tu?:rolleyes:

Si ukuje tufungue sacco mimi na wewe… I have been looking for my type na nimekupata. If i sleep for ten minutes during the day, it’s a guarantee i will be awake tje whole night

Pigwa shuma alafu story ya phone and laptops uwache night hours… Take some fluids and make sure you’ve taken a night meal… Pia take a shower before going to bed…
I sleep for three hours… From 4am-7am

Create a sleep debt.
Wake up at 4am everyday or have a night out every other weekend and you will sleep like a log.
Simple, cut down on caffeine products after 1600, electronic devices an hour or so prior to the time you want to go to bed, eat a bit early.
Takes time but you need to train yourself.
