When Insomnia strikes it strikes really good

I really envy those people who just “jump” on their beds and sleep like logs till the next morning :D:D.Najua mko hapa.Hata ukizabwa makofi hautaskia.Hata utolewe kwa kitanda urushwe kwa floor, you’d still continue with your sleep.Usually after a very long day I usually expect to fall asleep immediately after retiring to bed, but a few minutes after usingizi ishaz just like that, I find myself tossing and turning for like an hour or so then I just give up on the sleep altogether. I then read a book or watch something then fall asleep 2 hours later…
Is there anyone else who experiences/experienced this and found a good remedy ama nikuzoea tu?:rolleyes:

There’s a day recently I went to bed at 11, fell asleep and woke up after twenty minutes and stayed awake all night and day. Insomnia is creeping in slowly

There are days I sleep away the whole night, there are others I have restless nights depending on various factors among them state of mind, intoxication, external factors e.g loud noises in the neighborhood.

Mimi at the least is 2hours, then the slightest of noise wakes me up again,then cycle continues o_Oo_O,…but movies really do help. Thinking of looking for those boring ass movies,maybe they’ll make me fall asleep faster

I guess constant over thinking makes things worse for me. Like I know very well that’s it’s going to lead to insomnia but I do it anyway :D:D.
The days I have uninteruppted sleep me hushtuka sana
