Yes u can…all that matters is yr G-mail ACCT. I have 2 phones and each has Whatsapp…same acct

Yes you can. Install Whatsapp in the first phone and activate with the phone number/line. Then chomoa the line and use it to install & activate on the 2nd phone. So the phone without the line will get messages via wifi…
