What would you do about two job opportunities

I attended interview A then B. Company A has reached out to my referees and are drafting an offer letter. Company B is the job I really want. Should I turn down job A and hope for the best that Company B offers me the job?

Nilikuwa nime type matusi but acha tu niseme, dude take the job that’s readily available. Be smart.

@nimechoka na maswali aina hii. what did they say about a bird in hand?

Yeah, a bird in hand…If I get Job B while having accepted job A, can I quit job A?

Here’s my experience.

I attended two interviews. Job A on a Monday and they promised to get back by that Friday.

Come Friday no word. Following up, there was no response.

Come the next Monday I applied for a job at company B. That same Monday company B called and scheduled an interview on Wednesday. I went and Wednesday afternoon I had been confirmed.

Though earning less than company A offered I started the following Monday… Which is the same day company A called to tell me I had got the job.

I turned it down and continued with Company B coz they valued my time too…and I am in a comfort zone

can company A force you to work for them when you don’t want?

shiets on your wrist?:confused::confused:

My issue is if I sign the contract and start working, then Company B offer me the job so I have to quit job A.

This is a silly question to be honest.

Reminds me of some guy who came to me for some advice. He had two job offers, job A paid 240k gross for a duration of 6 months while job B paid 150 k gross for a contract duration of 1 year. On both jobs, there was not terms on contract renewal. Your guess is as good as mine on what my advice to the fella was.

Apana in the constitution it is against the law utashikwa na kanjo :D:D

You are not altogether very smart.

Hakuna option c quitting your comfort zone then start a biz

You should have asked if if where he is currently, he’ll sublime himself into the new job…si bado ata resign?
