Most poor people are hardworking. Shida hukuwa they work hard at low ROI activities but they don’t know it that’s why they are stuck wondering why they never succeed. Shamba boy wangu hufanya kazi sana. He is a hardworking young man lakini zile kazi anafanya ni low ROI e.g mending fences. The same goes to beba beba, watu wa mjeii, mama fua, and many other manual laborers.
The trick is to work in a “management” position where you can leverage other people’s labor e.g being a business owner and having employees. DEVKI is worth hundreds of millions of USD but you will never find him forging steel into iron sheets because that is a low ROI activity. You will never find Jeff Bezos delivering Amazon packages because that’s a low ROI activity. Working hard is important lakini that work must be applied to high ROI activities for you to see significant financial results.
Hata shilingionaire @Yuletapeli hawezi endesha ma3 juu that’s a low ROI activity. There is no point trying to earn that 1500 per day while he can just employ a driver and earn 7k+ in another hustle. It makes more financial sense to employ a driver than to drive the ma3 himself. That way, he can own multiple buses.
