It is time that we put them to some useful National Labour as they pay their “Debt to Society” …

With priority in all Arid and Semi-Arid Areas and Flood Plains :-

  • the building of Swales , Gabbions and Sand Dams.
  • Simple Lakes by sealing off Ravine Entrances and Exits with Giant boulders , crushed rock , Clay and Sand.
  • Rice , Fish , Fruit and Vegetable Farms which will feed the Inmates and the surplus donated to Orphans , Charities and Schools.
  • Free Range Goat Herding and Fowl Projects.

  • construction and maintenance of Storm Drains and recreational parks.
  • City and Urban Cleanups and Garbage Recycling.

Are ktalkers harvesting any rainwater. What systems have they put in place to harvest rainwater in their homes and farms. Are their water tanks and water pans full? Before you ask what govt has done can you tell us what you have done?

Water harvesting inafanyika but not in large scale. Example in North Eastern and part of tanariver kuna water pans in areas where there is very little rainfall. Used for domestic purpose and not for farming. These areas are relatively flat so option ya dams ni impossible

Excavate mega dams below grade that can hold billions of litres and line with 1.0mm dam liner. Like the Chinese do.
