For manufacturing purposes I think BRC Ref. A142 mesh, double reinforced, with 1m overlaps in all edges and in class 20 or 25 concrete (depending on weight of the products and machinery) will do,and with construction joints not exceeding 5m spacing.
Floor finish: 100 or 150 mm granolithic (granular) screed. In simpler terms,graded vumbi 3-10, in a rich cement sand mix, steel floated and well cured for 2 to 3 wks.

As we speak kuna job nimeitiwa… cotton soil has wrecked havoc on a 4bdr bungalow somewhere in kiamumbi. Tiles kwa sitting room, dinning and kitchen zimekatika, cracks kwa ukuta and the two main doors hazifungiki… currently trying to find a solution but naona hii ni kama imenda…

Keja imewekwa roof tayari but ceiling iko chini sana alaf the standard doors hazitoshei height wise. Waah! Io ni tricky … ideally the floor to ceiling height is 2700 - 3000mm and door opening is 2100 - 2400mm. What is floor to ceiling height and door opening.?
