Samido’s style is inclined towards more contemporary kikuyu love songs that highly depends on his smooth voice.
So, on stage, Waithaka wa Jane is a better one-man guitar performer, but Samido will outdo him in the production of a top-trending music video.

Hapo kwa naming system you are right. However, Kikekuyu musicians have a tendency of naming themselves after women. Example, Waithaka wa Jane, Jimmy Wayuni, Kigia Wa Esther, etc, ongezeeni wengine kwa hiyo list
