USD to Tsh is 2545/- so if you divide that by 146.5 (current rate screenshot attached) unapata approx 17.37 what it is exactly exchanging at!

The graph is genuine. Kes was trading against tzs at 1kes to 15.5tzs some few days ago. It is not artificial.
