Tribalism is at it wots ryt now and parents play the biggest part in spreading it for reasons that are not even known to them… Here is my story.
So I hooked up with this girl that’s from a different tribe a few years ago, she is that chick who comes into ur life when everything is not going your way and just brings happiness with every sunrise. What started out as the perfect love story according to those Spanish soap operas turned a horror when after years of dating I decided to introduce her to my folks as my wife to be, just because of her tribe I was cursed with all manner of words n verses from the bible on how am disobedient for not marrying the woman of their choice and as the man full of ego I am I went ahead n got her pregnant n now im made to choose who am loyal to, my folks or my girl… Why should I have to choose tribes if all I want is happiness, should they go hand in hand?
Kama unaishi na wazazi ama uko area karibu na wao, HAMA!!! Wacha wawe wakikuona saa ile umeenda kuwavisit end month…quarterly au baada ya miezi sita. That way by the time they are through with bad mouth watakuwa washa accept kwamba hubadili mipango yako…
Ikiwa uko mbali but they decided to hate, then reduce your visits until you are settled…but never forget or stop calling them…
