    On October 19, 2018 State prosecutor Alexander Muteti told Naivasha principal magistrate Esther Kimilu that they required two more weeks to supply all the trial documents to the defence team.
    .
    Muteti said the prosecution would be calling more than 70 witnesses. He said recording the statements is a long process…

[COLOR=rgb(184, 49, 47)]My views : The victims will never get justice. If recording statements of 70 people needs almost 6 months you know there is a game being played. The DPP employees are deliberately trying to sabotage the case for reasons that will come out in the future

Before next elections some politician will promise the victims justice and compensation and once elected story ends there…

The transfers that happened in that area were serious. The victims will get justice.

With your experience you should know every sin is sanitized by a transfer and nothing follows

You are an insult to your P/No.

How do we differentiate you with those that got theirs thru county govts? Those youngies that came in and landed straight at Q?

Can you blame national government officials for maladministration of the devolved function? In this instance the transfers were justified on the basis of guilt by association. The concerned person are at the docks unless you support the lynching mentality common in instances of disasters.

Nasema hivi, wewe kudhani eti kwa sababu watu walikuwa transfered ni dalili tosha for justice will be done in future …ni umeffi …hii miaka yote umeshikilia hiyo P/No ungekuwa umejua transfers hutumiwa kuappease the public tu …then after hapo kanaisha

That’s what you believe. I have nothing to do with that. Let’s watch and see, hold your judgement for the time being.

Give the DPP some credit. Judge alikataa kutransfer kesi Nairobi on the DPP’s request that there was interference in Nakuru.

Following.

@Tarantinoh lately umekuwa mcoosh sana

But you are the official mcoosh why are you delegating?

I know one thing, Not a SINGLE muhindi will be jailed.
