  2. General manager Vinoj Kumar
  3. Nakuru County Water Director Johnson Kamau
  4. Water Rights Officer (WRA),Winnie Mutisya,
  5. Sub regional manager (WRA), Tomkin Odhiambo
  6. Assistant Technical Coordinator Manager (WRA), Jacinta Were.
    Charges:
    -48 counts of manslaughter
    -Neglect of official duties.

    On October 19, 2018 State prosecutor Alexander Muteti told Naivasha principal magistrate Esther Kimilu that they required two more weeks to supply all the trial documents to the defence team.

Before next elections some politician will promise the victims justice and compensation and once elected story ends there…

Can you blame national government officials for maladministration of the devolved function? In this instance the transfers were justified on the basis of guilt by association. The concerned person are at the docks unless you support the lynching mentality common in instances of disasters.
