I went to the UN some years ago and I noticed something. Their security are armed. Gun (Glock 17) two extra magazines and a radio. Wako equipped kama police wa US. Who are those guys? Where are they trained? Can someone have those guys guard his home or act as bodyguards?
Probably Government to Government agreement. You can be trained how to handle a 9mm at a gun range. Yeah you can hire them. But can you pay them UN wages?
