Nunguni towards wote road is dry

Ukambani was dried out by the destruction of the south east african forest belt, remnants of which today we know as the arabuko forest.
There used to be massive forest belt strething from somalia to mozambique. Ukambani was one of the wetest regions on earth with plush forest growth and bush land. However, human settlement destroyed much of that belt and turned ukambani into the current semi arid zone it is today

they produced an oversupply of dengu during the time of ngilu and tried selling their dengu to india at an inflated price. india moved swiftly and banned dengu imports, which crashed the dengu market. Kusema ukweli dengu wako nazo lakini hazina pesa, the storage, marketing, and other things were not considered.

How did human settlement destroy the place yet until the 1960s, it was sparsely populated.

there have been many population waves in East african for millenia. The current bantu population of east and south africa is only 4000 years old. The story of humanity is over 200 thousand years old. There were humans in East Africa as old as 80 thousand years ago

So there were enough Zinjanthropus to turn Machakos into a desert and leave Limuru which is 80km away lush and green? For 200,000 years?
