This is the most honest and best speech he has given since 2013. It’s all about corruption. First more than 50% of his speech is on corruption which shows the seriousness. Anyway, a summary of what he said so far;

  1. He will play his part in the fight against the vice. But he needs also the DPP and the judiciary to play their part too. There’s no point of him firing a senior government official then the courts decide to acquit or give a soft fine. Economic thieves belong to jail.

  2. All Kenyans should play their part too in this fight against corruption. Preachers should stop swindling their flock. Teachers should stop preying on kids. Doctors should stop giving misdiagnosis for the sake of profiteering. Pharmacists should stop giving fake medicine. Architects should stop cutting corners. Basically he says he can’t win the fight alone which is TRUE. We should all join him.

  3. Procurement officers to go through polygraph tests before July 2018.

I told people here UK means business on corruption some were dismissive. Let’s give him time.
