I have been going through this website and I think the supreme court went beyond by proposing parliament enact a law for Transgenders.
The family, community and nation is fashioned by having some universal truths.
For instance, we can classify people as male, female or intersex. This is a universal fact backed by Biology etc
So we can easily fashion a system of representation like we currently have by talking of women reps etc.
We can easily have girls schools, boys schools, male toilets female toilets.
Intersex is an area a bill is pending before parliament to safeguard such cases. And it’s a fair thing to do and ensure we even have safe places for such if need be like public toilets.
The constitution already guarantees rights for all people, so no need to use back doors and introduce confusion.
If anyone thinks they have a different identify from the recognized 3, then it’s their private affair, it’s not universal and their is no need to lord it on the society forcing it to restructure schools, prisons etc technically it’s architecture just to recognize private matters that are not universal.
