BRILLIANT! I have thought of it too. Someone should come up with the equivalent of what this stolen money could do for the economy. How many xyz can Kshs abc buy? Add the multiplier effect. We are not just losing billions, but the “domino effects” of those billions upon billions. It’s a crying shame.
That money is needed at the Mashinani is not in question…what we need is a system to identify county needs and deliver funds in an efficient manner that is accountable. County ‘governments’ are just superfluous creations for a small economy like ours… my take…you may differ.
