They bond over abusing your kid. This happens alot. Men be careful who you are having kids with. The dad was so heartbroken but then where was he when his daughter was being abused by the mother and her boyfriend?

Child custody laws are cruel to men in the Western world. The only way to get 50/50 custody is by agreement outside court system. Anything else, courts believe anything a woman says against her ex at face value. But even in shared custody, the man only had access to his child partially. But step parents( man or woman) are usually evil to kids that are not theirs . So you can’t blame him.

But it is the mother who killed the child? Did you see this when a mother sold her 5 yo daughter to her drug dealer who raped the child and then killed her. So are we going to blame the drug dealer bcz step parents are evil to kids? These stories are so rampant in black communities. Why can’t the biological father step up. You can’t let this happen to your blood.
Why won’t the biological father step up? That’s a complicated question. You would have to understand the Black community and the effects of generational poverty. I have partially answered that the system creates animosity between the parents and a symptom of that is a child is driven further away from the real dad. This is part of the answer.
Think about it. Two parents hapa Law courts, fighting tooth and nail. So to hit at the dad, the mothers lawyers resort to as punitive measures as possible to the dad to win their case. Including reducing the dads custody. Pretty soon that becomes the norm.
You will even find that the dad doesn’t have visitation rights, and picks up child from a police station if he has such. So how will he know what’s happening away from him? The judge never never believes men unless they have solid proof.

But isn’t it a fact that if you don’t want to pay alot of child support you get custody partial or total? But the kind of suffering these kids go through makes me wonder why the dad won’t protect his kid from being treated like garbage. We are in a patriarchal society so kids belong to men. Men need to do more in protecting their kids especially if there’s a boyfriend in the picture coz alot of pedophiles want single mothers for easy access to kids.
In US alone half a million kids are in foster care. They are being killed, molested in droves. The fathers don’t care and the women have followed suit with their boyfriends. Or couples like this who adopt them for the money then kill them.
You don’t chose custody, but wait on what the court decides. If you want that, it’s best to negotiate with the baby mama outside court. But I’m sure you’ve heard of the feuds and vicious fights between the parents, making any reasonable negotiation difficult.
Child support amount is determined by the court. Based on circumstances, they decide on full custody or shared custody. It’s not the fathers choice. Once the case enters legal system, both parents lose control of what will be done. You just submit your facts and wait. But the system favors the mother . Understand that courts are not fair, and justice is not fairness.
The biological father can’t offer more protection if he doesn’t know what’s happening on the other side. The father can’t pop in and out just to check in the kid. He will lose visitation rights if he tries. Plus huko hakuna neighbors to tell you anything.

Kenya also has a foster care system. It’s called boarding school. Saying they sent the child to a good school is hogwash. It’s a cover story. You spend 3 weeks at home in April, 3 weeks in August and 4 weeks in December. All while seeing your parents only on the weekend. Same thing.

I see such kids being more responsible as adults
In Kenya maybe for abused or abandoned kids coz people live on the streets with day old babies.
I’ve heard of men there applying for custody bcz if you have no custody you pay more child support.
Good luck getting Child support reduced.
