In the past few years I have spent a good chunk of my time studying the RichGuy and what makes him thrive in life. Below I have compiled 10 outstanding traits of the RichGuy.

1. RichGuy lives an average lifestyle
He puts on average clothes, drive average car, live in an average home, and spends the extra cash in developing properties, doing agriculture, running transport sector er-cetera.

2. RichGuy sticks to his spouse
He has lived with his spouses for a long time. They have developed a good rapport and understanding towards each other. They make most of their decisions together and rely on each other advice and opinion.

    He spends his time doing research, reading books, and seeking insight in his area of specialization. On average, he spends at least 30 minutes a day reading on his area of specialization.

4. RichGuy values his physical health
He alternates between gym, morning jog, and walking his dog in the evening. He knows that physical exercise keeps him in good shape and improves his health.

5. RichGuy is an early bird
He goes to bed early and wakes up early in the morning. He is the first one to arrive at the work place. If you are to meet him in town at 11:00AM he will show up five minutes early.

6. RichGuy works extra hard
On average people work 40 hours a week, RichGuy works extra 10 hrs or more.

7. RichGuy is not afraid to take loans
A poor man saves his money in a fixed deposit account and the bank happily lends the money to the RichGuy at 17% interest rate. RichGuy uses the money to complete his pending projects.

8. RichGuy is attracted to people who are better than him
He gets closer to those who are better than him in one area or another so that he can learn what they are doing that makes them different from others.

9. RichGuy has Work Ethic
Whether he owns a business or he is employed, RichGuy will always arrive early. When it is time for work he does not tell stories with his colleagues or surf social media, he does his job. If employed, RichGuy will always show respect to his boss, whenever the boss asks him to do something, RichGuy will drop everything and attend to the boss needs.

10. Rich Guy respects people
RichGuy treats everyone with respect; he does not look down upon anyone. He is aware that he might need their help at one point.

To you RichGuy is that fella who drives big car and lives a lavish lifestyle. No no no he is not the guy I am talking about. That is someone who is just on a huge paycheck and is rich as long as the company doesn’t sack him. I am referring to the self-disciplined and humble guy who makes his money work for him and not work for his money.

Who said he is not enjoying it? He is just leaving a normal lifestyle. He is not being lavish or flashy.
