I’m going to say this with empathy, but also with truth, because this is where too many women get hurt.
One of the biggest mistakes women make is not listening to other women.
When multiple women tell similar stories about the same man 
multiple baby mothers, patterns of emotional, verbal, financial, or physical abuse that is not “bitterness.” That is data
Women do not choose single motherhood lightly.
No woman says, “You know what sounds fun?
Doing this alone, being judged, struggling, & raising a child without a healthy partner.”
When women walk away from the father of their children, it’s usually because something is deeply wrong.
And this brings me to what’s happening right now with Jeannie Mai.
Jeannie has publicly stated that she regrets having a child with Jeezy 
not because she doesn’t love her daughter, but because she now understands the lifelong consequences of choosing the wrong partner.
She’s spoken about narcissistic & verbally abusive behavior, about custody battles, and about realizing she is now legally & emotionally tied to someone for the next 18–19 years.
This isn’t about shaming her.
This is about learning from her honesty.
So many women are told:
Stop being picky”
Just submit”
“All men have flaws”
Love will fix it”
And then reality hits after the baby, after the divorce, after the red flags you were warned about become court documents.
A child does not just connect you to a man emotionally.
A child connects you for life legally, financially, psychologically.
Multiple baby mothers is not a coincidence.
Patterns are not accidents.
And ignoring women who came before you doesn’t make you special it makes you next.
Love is not enough.
Attraction is not enough.
Hope is not enough.
Character. Consistency. Accountability.
Proven behavior.
That’s what protects women and children.
