Administrations comes and go, but cartels remain. Some head of cartels are in the top echelon of the G.o.K, and if all goes well will be commander in chief.
The reason this cartels are there, is because they enjoy political protection, same as vigilantes, militias and drug traffickers.
These figures are well known within our law enforcement, but our officer can do none.
How many Presidents has James Bond seen come and go.

KPMG are not any different from the cartels, there are many instances where such organizations have carried out consultancy work for their clients recommended laying off even the CEOs and replacing them with some of their staff just to maintain the continued flow of consultancies.

I know soneone who is cartel on his own and he is not a drug trafficker/ militant or vigilante.

When a thug is jailed their influence is diminished so you cannot argue against imprisonment. Removal of misfits in a society in whatever form even incarceration enables the socially upright to live their lives peacefully
