I’ve gone through a thread in which grown men were gossiping about a Rolls Royce in Kenya. Two comments in particular really got me thinking:
I believe you have the right to acquire any vehicle of your choice with your hard earned money. But I see why you would look corrupt, pretentious and inconsiderate.
Some of these cars look veeery out of place in our roads.
Wazungu wanasemanga “Wealth is quiet, Rich is loud, Poor is flashy.”
Hizi gari shida kidogo utambiwa ship it back to EU ! imagine the cost, I remember Oliech aliji sotesha na hii upuzi can’t remember the car he had shipped to kenya ,but I remember he was told to ship it back for repairs how much do you think that cost esp for unreliable cars like jaguars !
Wadau just admit you are jealous and cut the crap about being frugal or saving for future generations. You ALL have at least one purchase which a poorer person would view as an unnecessary luxury. Let people do what they want with their money.
:D:D
True reflection of our society. Wachache wako na pesa kama kuharibu halafu masafara ni wengi kama nzige njaa inawamaliza wanaona tu mrenda kwa roof
Wewe ukilia juu ya gari Humphrey Kariuki is balling in a new-ish private fuckin jet.
Kubali hali yako uache kusumbua. Maybe one day you will roll in your rolls royce wraith.
Lazima tajiri waanze kuleta hizi magari ndio by the time you afford them, there is critical mass to warrant a service center for them. Vitu hufanyika pole pole. In 1980 kama watu wangefikiria kama wewe Range Rovers would never land in Kenya. These people are rich, they can afford that risk so let them take it and pave way for you in future.
Upuzi who cares what mzungu says. Buy whatever makes you happy kama una pesa hizo zote utaacha hapa ukienda. We are all corrupt so tuache excuses za ujinga most of you would do worse when placed in the same positions.
