Sorry to say this. But I have used such and the experience was terrible. …and its also very unhygienic. Especially given the fact that the gerican has not been refilled (who is supposed to do that anyway) and you have to start cleaning your own poop if the water is not enough. …
Just a question how is this an improvement anyway?

True they’re not used to flushing but the benefits that it brings may sway their opinion. No flies, barely any smell and it really does make toilets more hygienic.
Sorry for your experience. Clearly whoever had the Flapper installed never bothered to ensure there was water available for flushing. When used correctly the flapper is very effective.
Si mbaya kama kuna piped water. ndio waweke cistern. na ile mechanism ya kuflush. Otherwise ya kuchota maji ni totally unhygenic. kwanza nani ashike hiyo container ya kuchota maji? Watu wengine watakuwa wanaiacha unflushed kwanza. And a proper water-flushed toilet retains some water. Its never empty.
Wacha nisiendelee nitakuharibia biashara. But that is an honest opinion.

Wengine wetu tumejenga tufloti…tenants tend to dump diapers and trash into the pits which means the toilets fill up quicker hence the need for an exahauster truck which is unnecessary recurrent expenses…
