I have a friend who has terrible 5 day cramps. She started jogging to reduce the pain. She also smokes herb when it becomes too much, claiming that painkillers will make her addicted(which is true).
hehe contrary to what many may want to hear, I never really sealed the deal bana she had been paired up with the son of one of the deputy governors hizo sides; it was difficult to explain to her family alipelekwa hospitali na nani bana, bibi ya caretaker took the credit for that mimi nilibaki background licking my fisi tears lakini aliniambia nikitaka kuoa nimtafute anitafutie a nice Borana chic.
One thing I always tell guys is that pain is not normal. If it was we’d all be walking around with aching body parts; me walking with an aching leg, @Meria Mata with a headache, @mabenda4 with an aching arm, mwingine na backache, etc etc. Get my drift? Question is, has she ever gone to hospital or otherwise sought professional help coz of it? If yes, what transpired? If not, why not?
That friend of mine once mentioned that fellow medics had told her the same. And that the problem. The husband to be is the mighty US and any birth by her without him would cause untold misery to every one. A real problem.
Dagetare…Si tunajua hii pain ni ya Menestro pekee…So maybe its just that and nothing more serious…Or Better still, si you tell us what other complications may arise as a result if one doesn’t visit a Doc for further check up yet the afore mentioned pills and hot bottle waters help!!! Pia wewe unajua Hosi si Church…Charges zenu za consultation kwanza pekee si mchezo…so tukipata short cut tunaendelea na maisha…PLUS just assume huyu patient hana any complication, ni ma uchungu tu…unge prescribe which drugs ama afanye nini?? Tumeona ata exercise works miracles…
JUST ASKING FOR A COULD BE FRIEND. One i knew with such condition gave birth to twins and she now Ok. I gues that also helps.
Many modern-day NSAIDs have rectal suppository formulations. Most commonly utapata the likes of kina Paracetamol (aka Acetaminophen) used a lot in young kids and Diclofenac suppositories used in theatre, etc.
