For those using TCL flatscreens. What settings did you use to scan BAMBA TV frequencies. My scans get all stations except bamba.

Cheap TVs will always keep you worried about the quality. That explains why you thought the problem is with the TV rather than your location (which is the case). Next time add that 10-20k and buy a proper TV that comes with peace, tranquillity and confidence.
