i was reading wikipedia the other day on “Riddim” and was surprised to hear dat the producer makes the riddim and give it to his selected artists to voice over unlike other music genres where u write a song and go to a producer to give you beats…ata mie nkasukumiwa riddim moja siwezi kosa words

Queen Ifrica was great in that riddim.
Another riddim that had a tight competition was Relationship riddim from Sean Paul’s Hold my hand to Alaine, Duane Stephenson,Daville and Collie Budz.
Not forgetting Steel String riddim, Konshens’ No man is an island vs Tarrus Riley’s Never leave I.

kuna thousands of riddims with many production lines upto 2013 my hobbies included collecting them niko na close to 400 tucked somewhere in my hard drive used to get them from dj stano through a friend when metro fm was a raggae station 24/7
