Miss Grand Tanzania was a Tanzanian female national beauty pageant, founded in 2017 by a Dar es Salaam-based legal counsel, Rasheedah Jamaldin. The winner of the contest represented the country in its international parent contest, Miss Grand International.

Aged 21 pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy at The Institute of Accountancy Arusha. To her, The Miss Grand Tanzania is all about advocating for violence and wars hence promoting peace in the society.Furthermore, her ambition as a crown chaser in the grand league, is to help maintain peace in people’s households and help them have peaceful mindsets hence eliminating easily the ongoing violence and wars in the outside world.
Being an extrovert sets her apart from other candidates as she believes that there’s a potential of reaching out to people easily and knowing their needs. Her Talents are designing, choreography and dancing.
Madinah kulwa simba,
23yr old, student of agricultural science. To her Miss Grand is the only platform which advocates for peace all over the world. Furthermore MGI has focused on humanitarian issues by involving charity events related to the said campaign ( voice for peace).
Her Ambition: As a woman, is to transform, embrace and advocate for peace all over the world, and giving back to people and victims of war and violence a smile.
Her Strength: She is very proud of who she is, best version of herself by knowing her worth with her kindness and love. Lastly Madina loves Football, Singing, and dancing.

Her ambition is to be a voice for peace and promote unity among nations.
Her strength lies in her ability to communicate effectively and her passion for making a positive impact in the world. Jackline’s talents are public speaking and diplomacy.
Where as her hobbies includes hiking and volunteering at the local communities and organizations, ie using sign language (deaf community signs )

To Her, Miss grand represents a celebration of beauty, strength , grace and the power to advocate for peace on a global scale through the campaign of “Stop the War and violence “. It’s a platform where women from all around the world showcase their beauty, talents, intelligence and empower themselves to make a positive impact in the world.
Her ambitions are to use the platform to raise awareness about important issues, promote peace, inspire and leave a lasting positive impact on the community.
