I had an opportunity to travel to one of this countries in the west a few weeks ago.
As i was seated in some office reception waiting for a pal,i spotted a beautiful black lass going to the next office.I pretended to be leaving and pumped into her at the corridor .It is that part of the world where it is rare to find dark skinned people.Introduced myself as Tiriitiondo and the lass told me she is called Latisha Nandi and from her accent i could tell that she was from South Africa.We exchanged digits and agreed to meet for a drink later in the evening.
She turned up that evening dressed up and i kept on pinching myself to confirm that nimeangukia that easily.I told her all about Kenya and she stunned me with her knowledge of this great country of ours.On inquiry she told me that she was married to a Kenyan guy but they divorced.The guy was a hustler and had no time for her as he struggled to make ends meet for the family(sounded like a long distance driver or something).The guy had promised to bring her to Kenya to visit his native home somewhere in central.
Fast forward the wine took toll on her and she started complaining about her ex.Mara the guy was shooting blanks,drunkard e.tc.Fisi naye,nikamwambia that i come from the finest place in Kenya that plant good seeds.I went ahead to tell her that one of our products is POTUS and Lupita only to name but a few.The lass akaingia box,we ended up in her apartment and the rest is history.It was the best gift I have ever had ,memory is made of this,pole Atieno incase you are reading this.
What I am not sure is if the seed was planted,I could turn out to be another famous guy from Kondele.
