They failed coz of calling themselves SUBZ. They should have kept the original colors, logos, and even employed poor white yuropeans from Eastern yurope to oversee the counters.
Their big failure was trying to localize their brand and ingredients. Jaruos can never be seen eating at a place called subz that smells like expensive mutura

I have eaten at their Kenyatta avenue branch. We were the only customers for the 30 or so minutes we were there. Got me wondering how they survive. More job loses
