Besides IQ, there is a concept called cultural dimension. A scholar called Hofstede explained it in details. The Caucasians have long-term orientation and they have also very low uncertainty avoidance index. They like to think about the future and come up with solutions for problems they anticipate in future. They are risk takers. That is why they sailed and went on to find “new” lands across the world.
Africans we have short-term orientation. Even after colonialism, we still do not have solutions for the future. We are still using the plans left by the whites.
We prefer to invest safely in land, farming, and real estates. Few will go the innovation way because of the risks involved.

This is the most accurate fact ever. What matters in a society is AVERAGE IQ and not individual IQ. I have personally defeated several East Asians classmates in my college class but one thing that is evident is that whereas we are like 4 or 5 Africans international students in our class, East Asians are like 25 or 30 in a class of 150. That obviously gives them an advantage when they go back to their country. African when you are done, you would most probably get a work visa ju kurudi would be boring and bland. Hence you decide to stay while the East Asians return. That alone is what sets us apart.
