I’ve been trying to get audio to work since last night and nothing works. Not even USB audio dongle. No audio through HDMI, no audio through USB C monitor,… even FUCKING BLUETOOTH doesn’t work! The devices are visible on Device Manager.
this is utter nonsense,I experienced such trash and was wondering the hell they want us to do; something as simple as lighting the Bluetooth headset and getting on with music… maumbwa wanatufanyisha uumbwa ya kuinstall na kurestart kila saa na kununua ma USB dongle,… anyway ukipata solution tuupdate
The problem was with Intel HD Audio drivers from HP. The latest drivers would fail during silent installation by falsely reporting that Windows 11 is not supported yet it’s labeled for Windows 11.
.
Extracting the drivers from the setup and doing a manual install fixed all the audio issues. Very weird.
Linux (Debian) user here. Niliachana na Windows walipoleta version 10 halafu mambo yakaanza kuwa complicated and I’ve never looked back. Stable OS, no hangups, no mis-installed drivers. Very secure, one cannot change system settings (even install an app or updates) without admin password even when logged in as an admin. Kitu inaitwa viruses/malware nilisikia mwisho in 2015 wakati nikiwa natumia windows.
That sounds incredibly frustrating! Dealing with audio issues can be such a headache, especially when it seems like nothing you try is working. It’s frustrating when even Bluetooth isn’t cooperating!
