A lawyer who unsuccessfully tried to block Mark Too’s burial disappeared on Monday last week. Before his disappearance he had claimed that contrary to the postmortem report that Mark Too died of a heart attack, he had been assassinated. He also claimed that his life was in danger for trying to investigate Mark Too’s death. That same day, the guy disappeared in Eldoret town. Kuna rumours that that Mr. Sing Ole Mashamba(By the way I don’t know who that is though his name keeps coming up on assassinations) is involved over some land issues.
