8 months way to long. It’s time you fake your CV. Add more years to your work experience. Never say you are jobless. It reduces your leverage to negotiate salary. Most recruiters will ask how much is your current salary and chances you won’t be paid less than the current salary
For now accept any offer, it’s easier to get a job when you are employed.
Plan and set a target of atleast 20 job Applications sent per day. Track the feedback you are getting whether interview or rejection.
Have atleast 4 feedbacks per week.
Kuna so many job websites, kama my jobmag, brighter Monday, fuzu, LinkedIn. Keep checking daily. Kuna Facebook pages like Juloc, executive jobs Kenya.
Personally I always apply to any job especially if there is a email. Unapata the advertised job ni ya driver but you apply for an accountant. Hata do cold applications , if see any company, google search their HR email or any email and drop your CV. I have actually gotten interviews using These 2 tricks.
For the mean time enda millennials jobs kama sales reps, waiters , loaders, wewe go door to door asking for vacancies. Unaweza angukia.

Na hii uchumi go for a technical skill. If I were you I would go for motor vehicle mechanics, panel beating, solar installation or welding and fabrication. Basically kitu unaweza jichora job kikiumana.
