Shouldn’t you ship to the Chinese office of Rolling Cargo? Why did you send it to their Kenyan office? I don’t think that’s how it works.
It doesn’t especially work like that if you want to avoid KRA.
Whenever I ship from overseas I use Africa Salhiya.
I ship to their particular country office, then they forward to Kenya for me.
Last I bought on Amazon Dubai. Same day delivery to Salhiya office in Dubai. One week later they have the product in Nairobi.
check under the notes had advised them to send the package to rolling cargo china office for onward transmission to kenya ,am informed they dont send packages/cargo to other shipping companies .they will want to ship the packages themselves via aliexpress standard shipping.
I don’t think you need to give so much details to them.
The Rolling Cargo address should appear as the only address, not as instructions in the note.
They have no way of knowing its a shipping company unless you tell them.
All they need is a name and an address, without complications.
Update: So I eventually managed to ship the phone through @Axelrod He was efficient and shipped the device in record time 10 days I do appreciate a lot for your help, For any talker that wish to ship stuff from abroad I can vouch for this guy he can help you do it.
