Woote nashuku ni scams…but

Safcom fibre 3 Mbps is 3999 monthly + free installation

Safaricom Home Fiber is Kes 2900 for 5mbps (fairly reliable). Fibre to business in 3999 (I think) for 3mbps. Fuck Zuku as you have been told.

Zuku has very shitty service and Customer Care. Safaricom and JTL Fibre are good and reliable were there’s good infrastructure and there’s no construction or civil works going on. The kuchimba mingi causes so many fibre cuts.

Spend a sleepless night choosing between Safaricom and Faiba…you are guaranteed to spend sleepless nights if choose Zuku

one thing I know about zuku is that it depends with the area, have been on 10MBPS for the past 4 years, never had an issue, garden estate , even folks in thindigua says it’s o.k. actually both safcom fibre and zuku are ok . umoja area zuku I think pia it’s o.k.,

True it depends on the area/ location and also the environs matters. We had Zuku at an office/ home in Lavington but had to chuck it juu ya downtime mingi sana. We put JTL Faiba 2 connections of 125 Mbps & 30 Mbps at the same cost we had Zuku for. So far, so good alafu TAT for Faiba Customer Service is A1.

Safaricom any day

don’t even think about it…
chukua Safaricom …

Likewise, totally depends on your estate.

Fibre to business by Safaricom is stable and reliable.I had used Zuku from 2009 till 2019 when I after seeing the speeds at my neighbour I jumped ship the following day. For the first time I can watch 4k without buffering.

Very true. I can confirm.
